I walked in store today for buying some stuff for my 8 weeks old puppy. I was very confused in picking up items as this was my first time shopping for fur baby. I met Rick there and I can't thank him enough for all the information and help he provided. He went through step by step and making me understand the benefits of those items. His customer service was outstanding. Surely will be back to buy some more items. Thanks Raj

Wally was quite nice. Joke aside; staff was accommodating and we finally found the substrate we needed for our rosella bird house. Fishes were healthy.

Have some good products, but need to sell bigger Guinea pig cages biggest one they had in stock was 100 cm which I had recommended to me for two Guinea pigs.. ( when the minimum requirement is 120 or 140 for two male piggies).

Walked in to pick up some dog food for my daughter. Never been there before. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Could not fault them with their customer service and offers to assist in any way. Great experience. Thank you.
